While on a two month trip to Thailand in January, and February 2004, I was told of an Ashtanga teacher, Rolfe, doing work-shops in Koh Pha-Ngan. I made some time in my schedule to take the trip down, for a week, or so. It was wonderful! The islands of southern Thailand are simply beautiful, and the reason we, and other yoga teachers, find it an idyllic setting for yoga retreats, and work-shops. This workshop was in the beautiful bay of Hat Tien, accessible only by long tail boats, from Hat Rin.
