This workshop is designed to help you be a healthier and happier
YOU! Yoga is all about union using our breath as our guide. Simply
learning to breath properly will enhance your mental and physical
wellbeing. The asana practice will strengthen and tone the body and
create greater focus, awareness, calmness and harmony. You will also
be purifying your body of toxins and residual tension that is stored
in every muscle and cell. Negative patterns of thinking are also
addressed and discarded. Final relaxation allows you to move into
deeper relaxed states creating peace of mind and the ability to
respond not react to the stresses and frustrations of life.
These classes are for anyone and are conducted with an emphasis on
fun and safety. You are encouraged to let your practice unfold using
the breath, not force. Modifications will be given for each asana to
accommodate your level, or should you have existing injuries. Join

Workshop Itinerary:
1:00-1:30-Pranayama Practice (Yogic breathing using various
techniques) 1:30-3:30-Vinyasa Yoga (based on the Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga
sequence)
3:30-4:00-Yoga Nidra, and Savasna (final relaxation)
Important Tips:
Do not eat at
least 1½ hours prior to the workshop or eat something light, and
easily digestible. Dress in
comfortable clothing that enables movement, with a change of
clothing if you wish.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate as much as possible before the workshop
and bring water with you.
Bring your mat, a pillow if you desire, towel(s) and blanket(s),
however mats, Yoga Bags, eye
pillows, yoga/exercise wear, Yoga sarongs for Savasana, etc. will be
available for purchase if you need them.

About Your Instructor:
Deb Bobier, a certified and registered Yoga Instructor, is one of
the founders of YogaBound.com. She has over 1000 hours of hatha yoga
training in the Ashtanga and Iyengar styles of Yoga, including
intensive training in India, the heart and soul of Yoga. She has
also trained extensively with exceptional instructors in Bali, Thailand. And with
prominent instructors in the U.S..
Her training includes Yoga Philosophy, Ethics and Lifestyle, Anatomy
and Physiology, Teaching Skills and Practice, Adjustment Skills,
