The Spiritual Journey

The Spiritual Journey

Spirituality is the realization of the Universality of Truth, and the experience of bliss. It is an opportunity to realize, and become conscious of a Supreme Reality. And Yoga allows us to become fully in touch with who, and what we are.

Not only our transient, conditioned characteristics which we only to easily identify. But also our deeper, unconditioned nature, which we rarely even glimpse.

It does this by bringing about a resolution of conflicts arising from the polarization of opposites within us. It allows us to experience on every level of our being, the unity behind opposites, the relativity of all tendencies.

From an article:

There are many paths to Divine, mine is but one. All religions have the same goal, which is reunion with the Divine. I find the Divine in all things, be they animal, vegetable, or mineral. We are all God, Goddesses, Christs and Buddhas in training.

Each of us must pick the path that resonates best within ourselves. I feel no desire to ‘convert’ people to my path. Why would I? All paths lead back to the same destination.
