And though we are not travel agents, we have hosted yoga retreats in Thailand for many years. And traveled to this exotic country from north to south, and all points in between, for well over a decade. We are happy to help you in any way we can with the planning of your trip.

On this yoga retreat in Thailand you will give yourself the wonderful gift of reconnecting to yourself, as you nourish, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit. These yoga retreats provide you with the chance to yield to natural rhythms, enabling you to enter more deeply relaxed states that will help you think more clearly, and respond to life's demands with more agility, and creativity.

During your yoga retreat in Thailand,  you'll have the chance to truly relax, and empower yourself physically, and mentally. Daily Yoga strengthens and tones the body, while Meditation helps with mental relaxation, clarity and contentment.

Other Stuff:

If you've already secured time off, and are looking for more information please complete this short list of questions. We would love to have you join our retreat.

Thailand is 12 hours forward of Tampa, Florida time, (11 during DST). If you plan on beginning the yoga retreat on a Monday, you would need to leave at minimum, on a Friday in order to arrive one day prior. However, do not feel restricted by beginning on a Monday. Come anytime that fits into your schedule.

Extending your stay beyond any two week period is highly recommended, as the airfare will be the single biggest financial outlay you will have.

Lodging, like everything else, runs the gamut from $10.00 per night for a basic bungalow with its own bath and usually hot water to over $1000.00 per night for five star lodging or private villas.

The food in Thailand is awesome and reasonable. There are all types of delicious, healthy, and diverse cuisines to choose from including vegetarian. Fees to temples, etc., are usually no more than several dollars. Shopping is also inexpensive, and the choices are excellent.
