Each year we host yoga retreats in Asia in Bali and Thailand, two fascinating and beautiful tropical 'Paradises'. Yoga in Asia in Exotic Thailand is on the islands of Koh Samui and Koh Pha-Ngan where the stunning natural beauty and laid back lifestyle of these islands provides the perfect environment for our yoga retreats. There are many types of meditation, many of which are covered on this site. Yoga is also meditative. One style of yoga in particular, my personal favorite is Astanga yoga. Once you know the sequence of postures you flow through each, synchronizing the breath with the movement until it is like moving meditation.

The Chakras are the bodies energy channels. Each chakra vibrates to a different frequency. They can be opened through your yoga practice, as well as by chanting the sound of 'OM' over and over and over. When you connect with this vibration, you feel connected to the oneness of the Universe.
