Ninh Binh's popularity has to do with its proximity to the attractions of Tam Coc, Hoa Lu, Kenh Ga and Cuc Phuong National Park.
	Hoteliers in Ninh Binh have a reputation for friendliness and service.		We stayed at Thuy Anh Hotel. It was super clean and the staff were very helpful.		This hotel lived up to its reputation, though prices were on the high side ($25.00 +).

	Roger was sick and couldn't enjoy any of this.		So I hired a motorbike driver for the day.		Tam Coc means 'Three Caves".
	This and other attractions throughout Vietnam are a bit Disneyesque.		Here you feel like you are lining of for the "Pirates of the South China Sea' ride.		Just ignore all of this. Once on the water it is very pleasant. The scenery spectacular.
