Our yoga mat bags are top loading, as these are the ones we prefer. Each has a drawstring closure. Our standard bag has one zippered pocket for your eye bag, change, keys, glasses, or other personal belongings. Our Back Pack style yoga mat bags, also top loading,  have two pockets. The larger pocket has a hidden zipper. The small one closes with velcro. Our yoga mat bags are lined with satin instead of cotton for ease in sliding your mat in, and out. 

As an added value, each yoga mat tote bag comes with its own matching refillable aromatherapy eye pillow. Bags are approximately 28Lx9.5Wx6D. They will carry one tapas sticky yoga mat, or two standard size yoga mats, one yoga mat and an astanga cotton practice rug, a yoga mat and blanket, etc.

There's a knack for folding your mat... the best way to fold your mat is by first folding it in half. Take the clean side that your body has been using and fold it end to end. Then begin rolling. Now, instead of both sides of the mat being rolled together, the side you use and the back side that has been on the floor, you are rolling clean side to clean side. No only is your mat easier to roll, it now fits nicely into any yoga mat bag carrier. Plus, your mat is more clean and sanitary. Use the same method if you have two mats, or a mat and a rug. Put them on top of each other, fold in half then begin rolling.

Isn't this what we are faced with on a daily basis. We must let go of what we know, our beliefs and attachments, in order to grow. Many times it is our old beliefs about who we are, and how we fit into this multi-dimensional universe. Our beliefs often become our security blankets and then stagnate our growth. We think we have it all figured out, we get comfortable with this or that belief, and then we stop growing because our minds close to new possibilities. When presented with something new it is often the fear of letting go of that old belief that will cause us to reject the new opportunity for growth. Everyday, every interaction, and experience is an opportunity for amazing growth. We must learn to embrace the endless possibilities without fear, knowing and trusting that this shift in consciousness is bringing us into total integration with the Universe.

It is difficult to let go of everything that you know. We spend years accumulating knowledge. We feel accomplished. We have learned. Then one day we wake up and realize we must let go of all this accumulated knowledge, and our beliefs. But how! Our beliefs are like friends, and family to us. Yet, all of this is not our spiritual evolution. Our soul knows that there is something more beyond that realm, and that if we let go of our attachment to them we can continue on our journey. While scary, letting go is liberating, and a freedom is experienced like nothing you can imagine unless you have been there. New landscapes appear, and you realize that you did not lose anything, just integrated each layer into wholeness.

In this physical dimension we are all here in the flesh. We must take care of it. But not at the expense of our spirit, which cries out daily to be heard, and fed. Being human we all have ego. And other issues, too. But in our spiritual world we have wings. We can transcend our physical body. Transcend our beliefs. Transcend our Ego, and other limitations. Flying is a glorious journey, as you travel to another spectrum, and experience yourself at different levels of consciousness. Spread your wings and fly!

Dragonfly symbolism crosses and combines with that of the butterfly and change. The dragonfly symbolizes going past self-created illusions that limit our growing and changing. Dragonflies are a symbol of the sense of self that comes with maturity. They are fantastic flyers, darting like light, twisting, turning, changing direction, even going backwards as the need arises. They are inhabitants of two realms - starting with water, and moving to the air with maturity, but staying close to water. Some people who have the dragonfly as their totem have had emotional and passionate early years, but as they get older they achieve balance with mental clarity and control. They gain an expression of the emotional and mental together.

Dragonflies are old and adaptive insects, and are most powerful in the summer under the effects of warmth and sunlight. Their colors are a result of reflecting and refracting the power of light. As a result, they are associated with color magic, illusion in causing others only to see what you wish, and other mysticism. Often represented in Japanese paintings, they represent new light and joy. To some Native Americans they are the souls of the dead. Fairy stories say that they used to be real dragons. Dragonflies are reminders that we are light and can reflect the light in powerful ways if we choose to do so. "Let there be light" is the divine prompting to use the creative imagination as a force within your life. They help you to see through your illusions and allow your own light to shine in a new vision.
