With airfare your biggest expense, I would really recommend staying longer. I am offering an all inclusive adventure extension for those that can take advantage of their time in Bali which would include bicycling from Mt. Batur downhill to the Elephant Park. Then on to Ubud for culture, shopping, eating and of course, more Yoga and Meditation.

- There are no ATM’s in this small Balinese village so be sure to exchange enough money prior to coming.

- Breath control – the breath is one of the most used tools in the practice of yoga and meditation. The mind gets distracted with things that have happened in the past, future, and everything else. The breath is something that happens in the present, every second, and focusing on it will help us to find the concentration.

4:00-6:00-Afternoon workshops will focus on further development of various aspects of your yoga practice i.e. yoga postures for specific areas + Savasna and/or Yoga Nidra
Day 3-Monday
7:00-8:00-Meditation & Pranayama
8:00-10:00-Vinyasa Yoga Asana Practice
Free for the rest of the day to relax, write or participate in a Tour.
Day 4-Tuesday
7:00-8:00-Meditation & Pranayama (Yin YogaSelf Inquiry)

4:00-6:00- Yoga Postures for specific areas, i.e., shoulder openers, Chakra Awareness & Activation + Savasna and/or Yoga Nidra

About your Instructor(s):
Deb and Roger Bobier are certified and registered Yoga Instructors at the highest level, 500 RYT and founders of Yoga Bound. They have over 1500 hours of Hatha Yoga training in the and Iyengar Styles of Yoga, including Intensive training in India the heart and soul of Yoga.
Their training includes Yoga Philosophy, Ethics and Lifestyle, Anatomy and Physiology, Teaching Skills and Practice, Adjustment Skills, Restorative Postures, Partner Yoga, Pre & post natal Yoga, Yoga for those with medical issues, Meditation and Pranayama, Sequencing, Prop Usage and Asana preparations and modifications, Stress and Relaxation Management, Breath Work as well as other techniques and healing modalities.
Additionally they are experts on Bali having spent 3-4 months a year for more than a decade exploring the entire island and beyond.
