YogaBound’s Founder – Deb Bobier – Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Holistic Lifestyle Coach
Helping people live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life is my mission. As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach I will help you find ways to live more simply, harmoniously and balanced by liberating the body, mind, and spirit.
With Holistic life coaching you will discover your personal path to holistic wellness. When we are healthy in mind, body and spirit we are truly free to live life to our highest potential.
We will explore primary paths (there are unlimited methods, techniques and disciplines), which will help you on our own unique path of personal growth, development and self-discovery.
We’ll cover things like:
- How to simplify your life from all perspectives.
- Getting rid of clutter in your home, body and emotions.
- Eating healthier, growing your own herbs, etc..
- Releasing stress and cultivating new patterns of freedom and well-being, energetically balancing the head and the heart ((Wisdom, and Emotions).
- Releasing energy blockages from old emotional issues while promoting new awareness of your personal power (Self-direction, and Support).
- Allowing your inner wisdom to manifest more frequently in daily life
(Radiate Core Energy).
- Connecting with your potential, bringing this energy into present reality
- Use integrative, holistic healing methods from Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork.
We will work on a variety of levels since we all experience life this way and often become out of balance in one area, or another. These imbalances can lead to serious challenges in one’s life health wise, as well as in relationships with others. This can ultimately lead a person into major obstacles in pursuit of their personal and professional goals.
I use a Holistic Model to:
- Discover who you are, not just the YOU, you identify with the most.
- Identify and clarify not only what you desire most. But what you need most.
- Expand the awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions so that you can begin to align them to your desires.
- Create and develop balanced and appropriate strategies, action plans and environments to help achieve your goals.
We will focus on the body to discover what is happening on a physical experience. We will work to create environments and action plans that support your physical goals and desires for a healthy and thriving body which is essential for living happy, and healthy.
We will discuss nutrition, but because this does not address other concerns about the need to change behaviors, or to be more physically active the focus will be on optimizing your state of health from a holistic perspective.
On the mind, or mental level, we will work to uncover the underlying limiting beliefs and patterns that cause physical manifestations such as a headache, or other signs of stress. Then create and incorporate new thoughts, beliefs and actions that are aligned with your values, goals and desires. Over time you will feel emotionally, and spiritually stronger and more liberated.
On the home front we will organize and simplify the contents of your home, getting your day to day life working in a more efficient, and effective way so that you have time for more creative, and joyful pursuits. Or, to do nothing at all.
